WHERE WE SHIP TO?
We’re happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping with orders over $75 USD (excluding taxes and duties). We currently only ship within the United States .
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
OUM will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 15 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN?
1. Start a Return
Go to Oumapparel.com/contactus . Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return and if you want an Exchange or Refund.
2. Return Label
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once received, please print your FREE pre-paid return label and Affix it to the original package.
3. Get Your Return/Exchange Ready
Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause significant delays.
4. Drop Off Your Package
Drop off your package at a nearby drop off location. OUM is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.
